Lumiere Photographics is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured and confidential. We respect your privacy and do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders only.

From time to time we may use your email to pass on any promotions to you that we may have but if you would prefer this not to happen please let us know by email, phone or fax.

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We endeavor to get your prints to you in good condition. If your prints are received in a damaged condition please contact us within 48hrs to discuss what action can be taken.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Prints are sent out through Australia Post usually within one week of receiving your order. This may alter depending on work load at the Lab.
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive your order within two days locally or four days to an Eastern States destination please contact us.
